These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website asteriamattress.shop (the “Site”) and our online store services (the “Services”). The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Asteria® Mattress.

User Content is not controlled by us. We have no obligation to monitor User Content. However, we reserve the right at all times to determine whether User Content is appropriate and complies with the Terms.

Engage in any harassing, threatening, intimidating, predatory or stalking conduct.
Impersonate or attempt to impersonate us, our employees, or any other person or entity.

Violate any federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations.

We have the right to terminate your use of the Site or Services or remove or edit any content in our sole discretion if we determine your conduct violates these Terms.
